MyClosingHelper.com is owned by an innovative web development company dedicated to making elegantly, simple web applications that are actually easy to use and intuitive.  Our goal is to simplify your life simply.  MyClosingHelper.com was developed in partnership with real estate professionals looking for a simple tool to make it easy to track all the various tasks that need to take place for a successful closing.

Is there a limit on the number of transactions I can track?

Absolutely not.  Unlike other web services in many industries, we believe that it should be one price regardless of how often you use it.  After all, the computer doesn't cost anymore for 50 transactions than it does for 1,000 transactions.  If storage or performance becomes a problem we will notify you to delete older transactions.

What do I do if the services/tasks I want are not listed?

All you need to do is send an email to support@myclosinghelper.com and request the services you would like added and we will review them for addition to our database so everyone can benefit from them.

Is my data safe?

Yes.  Our web servers are backed up every night by our web server provider.  In addition, we have added a backup feature to each account which allows you to download a copy of your database to your local computer for added peace of mind.  The download format is an Excel file that you can read and use if needed in an emergency.

Can Spam Filters Cause Problems?

So far we have encountered problems with Comcast accounts which have turned on the Comcast spam filter on the comcast server.  Unfortunately, Comcast's spam filter is either on or off and does not allow customization.  We have reported this to Comcast and hope to have a resolution.  However, if you do not use Comcast's spam filter which is turned off by default then you will not have a problem.

Can I track listings and contacts?

MyClosingHelper.com can be used to track your contacts and listings.  You can enter any listing that you like and we will be happy to add tasks to the services menu that will allow you to monitor your listings.  If you choose to do this, simply set the closing data to be the date your lising will expire that way the system will notify you with 10 days remaining on the listing.  If you have other tasks you wish to track during the listing process please email them to us.

The system is setup to track transactions as opposed to contacts; however, the system has all the fields necessary to allow you to track all relevant contact information if you so choose.  Coming later in 2009 will be a new service specifically designed to track contacts and assist you in making calls, follow up calls, and follow up emails.  Check out the site at www.mycallstoday.com.
